FAQ – Find your answers

Where to start automation in our company?

We begin by understanding your process—its constraints, costs, and business goals. Together, we identify areas where automation will yield the highest return on investment.

How much does automation implementation cost?

Costs depend on project complexity, number of operations to automate, and level of integration with existing infrastructure. Our projects typically range from 100,000 to 1.5 million PLN.

How long does an automation project take?

Duration depends on project scope—from a few weeks (simple modifications) to several months (complex systems). We provide a preliminary schedule at the concept stage.

Can our process be automated at all?

Usually yes—especially if the process is repetitive, burdens employees, or forms a bottleneck. We specialize in automating “non-obvious” tasks requiring a tailored approach.

Do we need to automate everything at once?

No. We often implement automation in stages—starting with a key problem or area offering the quickest ROI. This allows the company to test new solutions with minimal risk.

What does cooperation with your company look like?

The cooperation process includes: process analysis, concept proposal, cost estimation, technical design, device construction and commissioning, plus post-implementation support. We operate transparently and as partners.

Will you help us convince headquarters or management?

Yes. We prepare ROI data, savings scenarios, and materials supporting investment decisions. Many clients use these materials in internal discussions.

Do you only serve large manufacturing plants?

Not only. Our clients include medium-sized firms as well as plants belonging to international groups. The key is that the project makes economic sense and can be implemented effectively.

Do you only work with industrial robots?

No. We also automate logistics, inspection, packaging, and many other processes. Our solutions can include robots, conveyors, vision systems, assembly devices, and other technologies.

What if something stops working after implementation?

We provide warranty and service support. Remote system access and training for your team enable quick response and minimize downtime.

What competencies, resources, and experience do you have?

We’ve been operating for over 8 years and completed dozens of successful automation projects—from simple upgrades to complex, custom production lines.

Our team has more than 20 members, including experienced designers, automation engineers, and project managers.

We have our own production facility over 1000 m², and our engineers visit dozens of plants across Poland annually.

This allows us to act efficiently, flexibly, and with deep understanding of different industries.

Do you know the process we run?

We specialize in integrating technologies you already know. We automate production processes and usually are familiar with most existing technologies—but you are the expert in your process.

Our task is to design and implement automation—we don’t replace your product knowledge but complement it with inventive engineering solutions.

If a given stage requires equipment we don’t design ourselves, we select and integrate proven ready-made solutions into the overall system—so you can focus on results, not component integration.
